Vodka Soda

A vodka soda is a simple, refreshing cocktail made with vodka, soda water, and a citrus garnish, typically lime or lemon, served over ice in a highball glass. To make one, combine 1 to 2 ounces of vodka with tonic water to taste (often a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio), add a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon juice, and garnish with a wedge or wheel of the fruit.
